Last Residence & Description:	Late convict but according to Certificate of Freedom,
				received his freedom on the twenty-ninth day of July 1842 and
				died in the Hospital, Melbourne, August 5th 1843.

Age:				46 years

Where Buried:			Dissenters Burial Ground, Melbourne, Port Phillip

Date of Burial:			August 7th, 1843

"THE BAPTISTS - We have been requested by the Rev. J. Ham, to state that he has received from Sydney the necessary authority for the registration of births, marriages, and deaths, and that having completed his arrangements for the purpose, he is prepared to attend to this important branch of his sacred calling. One month being allowed (from 1st November to 1st December,) for collecting the names of those children who have not been registered since the formation of the province, parents who have not registered their children should not allow this opportunity to pass, as it will be the only one that will offer - this being the first time a register has been opened by the Baptist denomination in this part of the colony of New South Wales."
